The NOAA Cooperative Science Center in Atmospheric Sciences & Meteorology (NCAS-M) at Howard University successfully hosted the Ninth Biennial Science & Education Forum on March 18 through March 20, 2018.

Washington, D.C. (March 22, 2018) ‚ÄstU.S. Senator Chris Van Hollen and Timothy Gallaudet, acting administrator of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), spoke about the importance of diversity in science fields at a major NOAA conference at Howard University on Monday.

From March 18-21, the NOAA Center for Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology (NCAS-M) held the NOAA Ninth Biennial Forum for the Educational Partnership Program with Minority Serving Institutions. Its purpose was to showcase collaborative research, education projects, and achievements at Howard University and the three other NOAA Cooperative Science Centers.
